Excellent - and how could it not be with Titanic's majestic Plum Porter on tap? - as wonderful as you would expect and there is a indeed a great range of offerings from that magnificent local brewery + Everard's Tiger. Not right in the centre of Newcastle-under-Lyme but well worth seeking out.

The Greyhound is a Titanic pub in the Hartshill area of Stoke-on-Trent. It has two bars inside and a reasonably large area at the front for outdoor drinking. The ale selection is from Titanic, but also has a few guest ales and ciders. Beers on yesterday were Oakham Endless Summer, Everards Tiger, York Ashes Finest, Titanic Iceberg, Capt Smiths, Steerage, White Star & Plum Porter & Hydes Finest. Ciders were Westons Old Rosie & Thatchers Cheddar Valley. They also had Westons Country Perry. Probably my second favourite pub of the day in the Potteries. Well worth a visit.

Came here for the first time last night. What a great surprise. The beer was great the locals were very friendly, as were the staff. Handily placed for some great curry house. Popped back after eating and it was very busy.

The GBG undersells this place. Make it a must visit if you are in the area. An example of how a pub should be run

A range of well kept ales mostly from titanic and everards but also a guest ale. The inside is attractive and the staff are friendly, sociable and up for a laugh. There is a folk night and pork pies are always available. The place is busy over weekends and the locals are inviting and chatty. One of the best places to drink in newcastle. 8/10

Out of the few times I have been to this pub. I have enjoyed myself everysingle time. Its a bit of a transient pub, never seem to see the same faces ...but the ale is superb and second to none in the area that I have tasted.

An Camra Merit Award winning pub inb 2008 run by Titanic brewery serving real cask ales. An excellent friendly atmosphere with friendly staff. 10 handpumps serving Titanic and everchanging range of guest ales from Hopback, Oakham, Thornbridge, Kelham Island, Skinners and many more. Personal favourites were Kelham Island Pale Rider and Hopback Summer Lighting both in fantastic condition. A small range of bar food is available from Wraps, Sandwiches, Ham and Pork Pie Platter to the local delicacy of Oatcakes filled with Local Handmade Sausages made with Titanics Captain Smiths Real Ale. Real ale is also available to take home and enjoy. Always busy at weekends!!!

A pleasant pub with a nice selection of beers. Food is a bit limited but fine if you like pork pie! They also do take away barrels so you can drink their beer out of hours too.

This is a Titanic Brewery pub which serves their full range of beers and the odd guest beer. I've been there a few times recently and the beer has been in excellent condition.
Clean and comfortable with a small area to the front for open air drinking etc.
You may struggle to get a seat on week-end evenings.
Food available lunchtimes and evenings.
Reasonable efficient staff although not particularly friendly. Other than that, it's a pub that is hard to find fault with.
