worst Pint of Pedigree I have ever tasted and Barmaid said they had had complaints all night and changed it for a half decent German Wheat beer it left me wondering why they hadn't took the Pedigree off instead of hoping the Oiks wouldn't notice.

Not bad - has real ale, but is otherwise a trendy food-based bar/restaurant, with loudish music always playing and no privacy - just tables laid out in a restaurant fashion. Beer was okay and reasonably priced. There are better pubs in the area, but if you're after food + beer then maybe this is the place to go.

Was here on a visit to Nottingham just before easter. Really friendly staff and although we didn't eat, the pizzas looked huge. And they sell Hoegarrden. Lurvely...

I wonder whether the reviews were posted by employees of the Cape.Nothing wrong with the place although some of the staff seem a bit surly (not the girls). Decor is very good

This is a truly smashing place if you want to have your party here, the decor is truly amazing and you could easily be in capetown iteself.Staff where very helpful and ensured we had a cracking night.

thought the decor was very relaxing,Staff were very freindly and delivered a great service.The menu is fantastic and the pizza was amazing.A well worth visit.

A fantastic new place. Loving the new look. Food is fantastic and the service was amazing. Love the smoothies and the pizzas especially.
