Can't believe this great pub is closing and becoming a supermarket. No more DJ Andy or Abba tribute band. This will be a great loss to the local working class and another nail in the coffin of another traditional boozer.

Use this pub every weekend, always made to feel very welcome by the friendly bar staff.
Good clean traditional London pub with seating outside, good on hot summer evenings.

Sunday afternoons is best time to get together with all your friends and locals to gave a good old sing song.

Top class, excellent service, I have booked this venue for a function this month after viewing some of the pubs in this area and asking a few people, this stands out above the rest since an Irish guy has taken over a lot of the locals have returned. I wish them well and it's nice to see a brewery looking after the community pub.

Absolutely brilliant atmosphere throughout the weekend, go back in time with the resident DJ Andy on Saturday nights. A get together of a lot of the notting hill locals and some not so local anymore on Sunday, it was a great experience to listen in on some of the stories of old. I will be back on the 25th for Abba, who I have been told will be a great show,, in all 10/10

Great friendly pub with beer at a good price. My advice is to pop in there on a Sunday afternoon and mix in with the old locals.its like going back in time 20-30 years ago. Great characters.very clean pub. Saturday nights are great with music or tribute bands playing

First time ever been to this pub,
Looks like a a locals bar, but was given such a warm welcome when I came in,
From what i could tell it is under new management, place was very clean and tidy, does not sell real ales but does do a very nice pint, good prices for the area too.
I asked about food they said food is not currently available but will be soon,
will deffo come again, maybe fri or sat for there disco nights

What a grimy place. The one time I visited a guy was sick on the stairs and in the toilets, all over the place. It's got a real dole scum feel about it - footy on the tv 24hrs a day and generally, a bitter (not the drink) man's pub. Avoid if possible.

Basic estate pub with two bars, usual lagers and Guinness and no real ale. Has recently had a makeover so it is not as dingy as it was before, but apparently it is going to be seriously remodelled in the near future. Not a great pub but better than one or two of the grim little boozers nearby.
