When on earth was that taken? As the place is run down and all boarded up at the moment. Can't ever see it reopening again.

Looked closed when I walked past yesterday

called in for one when walking past on our way back to the centre of town.
wondered why pub is called railway as its nowhere near the railway or the station. ( the old stag is the station pub)
was onto spirits by the time we went in so cant comment on the beers.
seemed ok. Will have to try again next time down in cornwall.

Any pub that employs bouncers on the doors probably isn't worth visiting. Hardly necessary in a small country market town.
