This pub belongs to the ''BP'' group. Ever changing real all offerings and Old Rosie cider. Know for it''s food and nice beer garden. I usually visit in the afternoon. The staff are always very friendly but the pub does appear to have a ''holding manager'' at the moment, he is a bit ''offhand'' with people at times and seems reluctant to serve. Other than that, its a nice pub. Very much worth a visit, just don''t let the manager put you off!!!!

Lots of attractive olde worlde areas and corners in this pub with appropriate tables and chairs at which to quaff your ale and/or enjoy delicious food which is reasonably priced for the quality provided. Service was excellent and unobtrusively attentive. Ringwood Best and 49 together with a Flack Manor ale was available, my 49 was probably the best I've ever had. Definitely a place to return to now that I've tried it.

Yeah. Ring Wood Real Ales have arrived, the perfect pub, so much better than a 3pound all you can eat carvery

It's a restaurant now rather than a pub... but it's worth a visit if you're looking for somewhere to eat in this area. I was there with my wife and two kids; the menu was varied and good value for money too... They only had Greene King and Old Speckled Hen on offer for ales; but the IPA went down with the food very well. The staff were very friendly and helpful too...

A non-smoking throughout pub which I went to last Saturday in a party of 8 and it was absolutely full The food was good and excellent value for money. This is the first pub that I have been in that is totally non-smoking and it was a joy to have my meal without the stench of smoke spoiling the occasion. The one smoker (2 packs a day) in our party hated it and said he would not go there again...all I can say to that is "GOOD".Some friends of ours who live locally to this pub say it always has a good number of customers throughout the week.
