Hi there, I lived in this pub 1990, Frank Adams was the boss. Great place for this Kiwi backpacker. Many great nights there including Frank and I being threatened with murder by a giant called Frank O,Shea! Happy times.

I'm not local but ventured in with a friend who lives over the road and we were very impressed. The pub was well decorated with quirky chaise longe style sofas, a beer garden with eccentric painted chairs and murally stuff, the food looked relatively good value for money (not that we ordered any) and to top it all I had a cracking pint of local real ale. A little gem.

Always has a good selection of ales, very friendly bar staff and a nice little beer garden. Decked out with some comfy sofas, dog friendly (there is always a dog or two in there) and shows major sporting events. Great little pub.

Food's not always great but it's got a great local vibe and a new telly opposite the bar. Staff are fantastic.

The place to go lunchtime or evening, the beers good the food is great, watch all your sports in splender with their big screen, getting home is no problem with local buses, trains and cab service, and most of all the staff are a good crack.

Large traditional pub near Battersea park, full of friendly locals, plays all the football and rugby, has a new restaurant area and extensive food menu, plus the all important sunday roast.
