No real ales, and a poor selection of keg and bottled beers too. A "no good" pub, but if you have only 5 minutes before your train or bus leaves, the Criterion is very close to both stations.

New look but same old bar, junkies trying to tap money off you. To be used for dons away games only.

last time i was in aberdeen this pub was all boarded up that was early october...not suprised its a shit hole

I'm not sure about this place. Can't say I'm a regular. Problem is, there seems to be alot of schemers in there who don't let you enjoy a drink without making sure you know that they are there.

Brilliant bar for meeting up before goin to an away game in Glasgow, Edinburgh or Dundee, opens at 7.00a.m just a great way to start off ur booze fuelled away day before you get on the train which is literally just across the road.

What a great place for a couple of scoops before catching the train south! Every time I pass thru Aberdeen I stop off in there, usually its open at 0700 ish so its ideal for a livener before the long haul southwards..been going in there irregularly since '73, great bunch of locals,and passers thru also...friendly staff....
