Nick Worral, Knowleback to pub details please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.
A real gem . 6 real ales on draft & it just had a beer festival. Several local ales & all in good condition. Well frequented by locals. The pub is actually called The Vaults (Nick Worrall is the landlord!) and the location is about 50 yards off the High St in a small side street

Very unreconstructed (i.e a little shabby) but does have very good real ales. Old man drinking pub.

What do we want, good first welcome, good selection of 6 hand pulled beers, mild on tap, good local support, consistent CAMRA pub 2003,04,05,06 etc... tucked away in a side street, and not to be missed, the landlord knows what is required here. Friendly but not intrusive, a professional a must visit pub.

In fact this is not a bad pub at all. Great beer and a convivial atmosphere with good service.
It's a bit smokey, and not exactly full of the "younger set".
Most of all to be recommended bacause this kind of place is becoming a rarity now. Something of a haven now for the regulars, many of whom come from miles around.

Just so that the previous review does not make you rule out going to this pub.....
This is actually the top pub for real ale in Solihull. Consistently praised by CAMRA. Holds beer festivals.

just like a caravan site bar
