Nice couple but I felt really self conscious if I laughed too loud, get the feeling they don't like groups? Even small ones.

Food is good and portions are big. Quite posh so wouldn't use it as a pub, just a food place. Quiz was dead cliquey and really hard so glad I didn't enter. Couple seem nice and service was fast.

Changed hands recently but still being very well run and if possible beer and food is getting better.

Very clean and comfy pub, a friendly welcome, bitter was above average, didnt have anything to eat but what was being served looked good. All told on first impressions a very impressive pub.

Is the White Horse Hotel the place were the original idea of a sort of Karaoke started?

A FANTASTIC FAMILY RUN PUB IN THE HEART OF DISLEY VILLAGE. YOU ARE ALWAYS GUARANTEED A WARM WELCOME FROM PETER AND DENISE AND THEIR STAFF.
GOOD HOME COOKED FOOD, FANTASTIC CHIPS!!!. ALSO A GOOD VARIATION ON THE SPECIALS BOARD.
WE HAVE BEEN THEIR MANY TIMES AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISSAPOINTED.

Built c1864 the white horse provides the best pub grub in Disley 7 days a week. robinsons beer the real stuff.
