Really enjoyed visiting here, a fantastic little pub with a clear passion for music, various musical memorabilia from over the years. The atmosphere is warm and the people seem friendly, not your typical local. Pool table, dart board & jukebox too!

It has a nice seating area outside, heated area out front for the winter. The drinks are a slightly more expensive than in town but then I suspect they have to be to survive in it's location away from the buzz of town, although they seem to have live music most weekends so they're creating a buzz of their own! We'll be back for sure.

Been here for drinks a couple of times while waiting in the area. As mentioned very rock and roll in decor, but thats fine, but the drinks are expensive which is a shame because its absolutely fine and even has a darts board. Landlord

A lot has changed with new ownership. The decor has been totally replaced. It's become very much a mecca to music with hardly an inch of wall space not covered with either guitars or music poster memorabilia. It's not to my taste (too cluttered) but it is very clean and modern looking.

One thing that will stop me going back however is the cost of drinks. I paid 3.20 for a bottle of Pils and with not a lot of choice for draught lager/beer I won't be rushing back. I guess unless you're a big chain you can't afford to keep prices down though.

Recently taken over by a new landlord with lots of redecoration done inside. Themed as a sort of American-style bar. Also now offers hot meals cooked to order. Down to one pool table. Staff friendly and place feels very light and clean and airy.

This pub has a fairly uninspiring exterior but is quite comfortable inside. Not the greatest selection on tap but it's a local estate pub and caters for the average customer. Couple of pool tables, awkwardly placed dartboard, good jukebox and a selection of sofa, table and stool seating. Reasonably good parking facilities. Wouldn't stretch myself to visit but would stop off if I was passing.

An etate pub which doesn't look promising from the outside. Friendly staff serving the usual Greene King ales, albeit in v.good condition. I've called there twice now and really like the home-made rolls they sell on Sat lunch-time. Worth calling if you're in the area, or looking at cars in the dealership round the corner!!
