I wasn't there for long but didn't feel welcome. New customers should be made to feel welcome

I went to this pub on Monday 20th September, I was appalled. The barmaid was rude and the five other customers wern't very friendly. A massive tv set with BBC news was on and I happened to just ask about the manager who by the way is a lying toe-rag who uses women and I got rubbish. This place should be avoided as the staff are rude and unfriendly and the pub is a mess needs a redecoration. They need more general entertainment (karaoke nights aren't enough) and no one in Swanscombe hardly knows it's there, they would rather go elsewhere like to Bluewater or Gravesend

This pub is under new management and is already under going refurbishment! We will be making way for new changes and a nice family atmosphere.
We have already started to clean the place up and work on the back and front garden is happening daily.
Our aim is to rescue a pub that many are proud to call their local and invite alot of new customers through the doors.
Hopefully maybe one day youl visit again and see the refurb when its finished :O) xxx

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE GHETTO OF A PUB, THE DECOR LOOKS SHABBY AND THE STAFF ARE SO UNFRIENDLY. BULLDOZE IT AND START AGAIN!

Terrible pub. The customers sum up the word chav, tatoos, swearing and benefit cheques being spent on alcohol. Thats just the women. Uncontolled feral children wandering around the pub while the mother and 'partner' get smashed.
Ask the staff for a drink, and you get a dodgy look for putting them out. You must understand that they were speaking to the scroats, and should not be disturbed!
Only constructive thing you could do is to smart bomb the place.
