The Griffin, Godshill

We visited this place for the first time two days ago to eat and to be honest we probably wont be back, although the actual pub looks great and the maze is great too (the reason I have given this place a rating of 3) the food was pretty poor, I dont know if it was an off day but our youngest could barly eat his meal and my cajun cod was dry and to be honest a bit boring,not a good first experience and begrudged paying �65 for a plain and over microwaved meal, wont eat there again sadly..

Wight Mouse Inn, Chale

We have visited this pub several times over the past couple of years and have eaten there each time, the food is great, tasty and reasonably priced, this has become our favourite eating place on the Isle of Wight and we highly recomend it to families or anyone fancying some great nosh...
