The Ship, Croydon
Great pub, despite what previous comments say! I can say with certainty that The Ship is still very much open and thriving. The pub is packed every weekend and has a strong alternative identity-something that is sadly lacking in other croydon pubs today. One of the last real pubs left. Opens at 5pm every evening, Fridays and Saturdays packed and loud, weekdays less so.
