The Seven Stars, Leigh

Called in Friday evening 4th June, 2010. Waited nearly an hour for food. Could not quite understand why when pub was only half full. Very disappointed and over priced. Roast potatoes with roast beef were tasteless, reminded us of frozen roasties, dreadful in fact which is a shame when you think that the season offers lovely new potatoes. The veg (cabbage and peas) also seemed to be out of a packet. What is all the rave about this pub? Will not return or recommend. Feel that children are not welcome at all, except if kept in the garden in the dark! Not all children misbehave or are monsters.
