The Prince, Crowthorne

The Prince has always been a regular Friday lunchtime venue and we have been going on and off for the past year. We have always been very pleased with the service until recently. The past couple of times we have been it has not been particulary busy and we have been told that food will take approx 20 minutes. We always have to check as we are on our lunchbreaks. After about 30 - 40 minutes we have to start chasing and are told its on its way. In the end we have to get the food to be wrapped in foil and take it away. The staff are never apologetic about it and never give an explaination. I think if this only happened the once then it would be ok but it has happened a couple of times now and I think this is unaccpetable.
Another complaint is that it is freezing in there. They have a couple of open fires but don't always light them. We all have to sit huddled in our jackets.
