Yeah simon, it is not so bad for me being such a big lad. If it looks like it is about to go off, james gives me a shout to sort it out, plus i can normally rely on james and joe to back me up if it gets a bit messy. But touch wood, i have always managed to deal with things myself without putting james or joe in danger.

You do not realise what a hard job we do. Every day we have to deal with hostile and violent customers, we are in constant danger.

Strange place, I heard yesterday that the chef was sectioned under the mental health act, after he was found chasing a live pig around the kitchen with a cleaver in one hand and a jar of honey in the other.
