The Croham Arms, South Croydon

Went to this place with a few of my friends the other night - and all i can say is that we would not return in a hurry. The place was full of really dodgy looking drunk blokes shouting and letching at us. The music played was all Irish, which dont get me wrong - has its place - but not when it is forced upon everybody. The bar staff were plesant, and the service OK, but the customers, drunk loud, and - sorry to say - mainly Irish blokes did not make us girls feel safe. Needless to say when they started to bring in things from outside and bang on the windows -we decided to leave. We went to another local pub (review left) and would certainly not risk that hostile atmosphere in there again. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE for a girls night out.

We have read the other reviwes on this page and can only assume that things have gone downhill since.
