The Grove Inn, Huddersfield

One of the best pubs I've been in. Travelled from Manchester to visit it, after reading about it on the 'net. Fantiastic selection of beers, and brilliant atmosphere. Well done to the owner and staff!

The Clockface, Kearsley

This a 'traditional' pub, recently taken over by new management. I have visited this pub several times, and always had a warm welcome (and free pizza on the last occasion!).
It is currently being refurbished, although I was assured that it will retain its traditional character. One of the best pubs in Farnworth.

The Victoria Inn, Farnworth

I have visited this pub several times, as I live just a short walk away. It is, without doubt, the best pub in Farnworth town centre. Small, traditional, and friendly (the lady owner often mingles with the customers) with excellent friendly service. No food is served, but there are loads of places to eat within 60 seconds walk.
