The Eagle Inn, Tillicoultry

nice relaxing place for both a meal and drink .. the bar is a nice secluded area, staff are friendly and are more than happy to help you in any way they can .. in the "other half" of the bar there is a pool table etc, but it is seperate from where you eat etc, so if you like that there is that to do as well ... they serve brilliant meals, at a reasonable price as well, and they have kids meals and OAP menus/prices as well ... and i think the place is really nice :) worth stopping by n giving it a go

The Ochil View, Fishcross

been here twice, and can't speak highly of the place .. food is excellent, atmosphere is nice, relaxing and friendly and the staff can'd do enough for you ... and they don't mind kids as well .... would give more that 10/10 if i was able to ... try it for yourself! and the prices are very good as well, was there yesterday for Mothers Day with my family (7 adults and 4 kids in total) and was impressed not only with service, but with food, and efficiency of staff :):)
