The Ranelagh, Bounds Green

It's a shame to see this nice pub slowly deteriorate. The awning over the outside veranda was ripped off in the high winds late last year and still hasn't been replaced. This is one of the pub's unique selling points as it allows the smokers to pop outside and not get wet while they fulfil their sordid little habit. Also, in one of the two male toilet cubicles, the toilet seat has been missing for over two months, which unfortunately speaks volumes about the attitude of the licensee and the holding company. I'll still give this place a 6 out of ten rating as it is the nicest and most vibrant in Bounds Green but it's on the slide.
