The Parrot, Canterbury

Popped in on New Years eve for a couple of hours on an impulse - what a gem of a pub this is - never knew it existed, will definately be back on a normal night. No need for a big build up or what would sound like an advert, just visit it & see if I'm wrong.

The North Pole, Wateringbury

I reckon sparkle12 must have gone on a bad night or at least one of the early nights before it settled down. We've bin a few times now - food's always been really good, service is great (just takes time to know how many staff you need for each day I suppose). Always seems to be a good amount of customers in, which gives it atmosphere. We'll be going back!
