The Fig Tree, Uxbridge

Do not go to this pub. Seriously, don't.
I work in a local shop whose dress code consists of joggy bottoms and a t-shirt. After a long day of work I decided to go to the pub - got in, the bouncer was a really nice guy, asked us really politely to check our bags and everything. As soon as I stepped into the pub itself, the landlady came screaming at me: YOU'RE WEARING JOGGY BOTTOMS, GET OUT, GET OUT! Screaming at us like you would not believe.
I was NOT being impolite (actually I immediately got out) - I don't mind places that have dress codes, I just don't need to be abused when I try to get into one that does not say it does anywhere.
Seriously, do not go - the security guard was an awesome guy (came outside to apologise to us), but the rest of the staff was horrible).
