Hi guys, having moved from the supposed wastelands of south-east London a few years ago to 'happening' North London have been on the search ever since for good venues with live music, a good atmosphere or a good Sunday roast or,failing all of the above have decent loos,the great leveller in determining whwether a pub is good or not. Would love any suggestions/recommendations in north or central London especially if off the beaten track.

Visited on a midweek evening, obviously a 'proper' local so can appreciate the cliquey comment made earlier but did have a nice atmosphere. Had some simple pub food which was very good and would think the sunday lunch would be excellent. Will definitely return,

The Queens Head, Sandy
Whilst visiting area this seemed to be one of the nicer pubs, great fire, very local but friendly feel, bought my cheapest round ever and the landlady was very friendly.
