Sometimes there's a good range of beers (had Smiles Exhibition before now) and the location is hard to beat. However...
Apart from the previously stated issues regarding service (or the lack thereof) there's also a problem with crime. In the evenings it's a notorious bag-snatchers haunt (in common with the nearby Crosse Keys and Counting House) and last time I went there my credit card got scammed. I haven't been back.
2/10, but could be a 7 if properly run.
