The Hop Blossom, Farnham

I went here with a bunch of friends on a Sunday afternoon and had a great time. They do a nice selection of pints and bitters, the place has a very cosy bar and the staff are a credit to the proprietor as they're intelligent, dilligent and very friendly - we liked them alot.

All ten of us ate there and the food was top notch classic British home cooking. Ham and eggs, Irish strew, roast beef, roast lamb and magnificent veg too. The service was very good and if I had only one grumble, the back room was a litle bit cold, but that's nothing.

The bill came to about 110 for all the mains and a coffee and a pint each which for us Londoners is technically theft (ask a duty solicitor!), so why they didn't call Her Majesty's finest down to have a sort out, I'll never know. This pub has winner stamped all over it.
