The Fountain, Lower Gornal

After being recommended this pub I was quite disappointed and very embaressed. Firstly the bar staff are very rude to new trainees I myself witnessed a new recruit being trained on the bar and then being humiliated in front of the customers. I own a business of my own and would never treat staff in this way.The waitress who served us was a lovely girl and she was very polite couldn't of asked for a better service but the way that the kitchen staff and the landlord spoke to her was disgraceful, it was embarrasing for her and for the customers. Theres a lot of tension in this pub and the staff have a lot of resentment towards each other. The cooks need to stop shouting and abusing other staff they think they are Gordan Ramsey! IN MY OPINION STEER CLEAR.
