The Farmers Boy, Brickendon

In response to the other reviewer i would like to state the following - firstly i do not work at the farmers boy. Secondly i only posted a comment as i came across your review by accident and felt that it was rather unfair.

Thirdly, yes i did have a fabulous Christmas day meal thank you. My family and I will probably book in again next year all being well. The atmosphere was truly marvellous, food delicious and even an appearance by Father Christmas himself with presents for all the children.

I would suggest if you don't like it there don't go there. I'm sure the wetherspoons pub is lovely!

What a fantastic pub! Food was superb - you really can't get better food in the area. We had a great time - staff were attentive without getting on your nerves and the food is really good value for money. It may look expensive but the portions are certainly generous. We recently went to a dinner and dance night too which was brilliant - danced the night away to Tom Jones - soundalike! I can't understand the comment previously posted as i have been here several times and just love it. I will definately be booking my Christmas party and even my Christmas dinner here this year!
