The John O'Gaunt, Lancaster

been in a few times lately but it has lost its buzz, 3 changes of management this year! Can't be good or is it a sign that no one wants this pub to work?

The Shovel Inn, Carnforth

Called in this pub as it looked real cosy from the outside and i wasn't disappointed! The welcome was warm, the service friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. A typical pub with no frills that is something similar to sitting in your front room with friends! Well worth a visit for those who enjoy a chat and a relaxing drink in good surroundings!Forgot to say take your dogs as they probably get more fuss than the customers!!!!!
