The Ministry of Ale, Burnley

This is an excellent local Northern pub, nothing pretentious, does what it's name implies a Ministry of Ale.
On site MOONSTONE BREWERY was selling TIGERS EYE BITTER and DARK STAR MILD both of excellent standard. These were backed up by
Kelham island Cool for Cats and Bradfield Farmers Blonde. A Czech lager
and excellent cider also was on offer. For those with continental tastes over
a dozen various bottled from Europe are available.
A small TV proffered sport, but, better still classic rock music provided an
excellent background. Not open Mon-Fri lunch times.
Put this on your NOT TO BE MISSED PUB list.
