The Dickens Inn, Tower Hill

Possibly the worst service I've ever had in a pub. I went to a work party at the venue and the bar staff were totally incompetent, the manager was rude and the security staff were openly aggressive. Oh, and the food was awful too. It's a shame there's not more competition in the area to make them buck up their ideas or put them out of business. A sorry excuse for a pub. Avoid at all costs.
