The Star, Haywards Heath

Thre were 3 of us who came here for lunch on September 23rd 07. The car park was poorly signposted
The only car park said 'staff cars only' .We had to park in the public car park and one of us was a wheelchair user.
We ordered meals. The food took more than 45 minutes to arrive with no explanation as to why . The food was awful - the worst pub meal we have ever had. The chips were inedible and greasy, scampi was like bullets, chicken Mexicana just a mess on plate and the lasagne served without side salad which they then brought. No effort to offer refund or apology.
