Nothing appears to have improved since the last post. Useless service USP seems to be a large corner plot where you can stand outside and marvel at Great Titchfield Street.

Some bar staff in this clip joint seem incapable of serving a pint of whatever tipple you choose. Spent a whole evening in the POW being served short measures when this was pointed out the topped up pint came back short and served with a sneer. Given the prices they charge is it too much to ask that they actually serve the pint we've paid for?
