Had another mini-refurb. Hasn't improved much though. Still the only pub with an outside pool table though!

Going downhill all the time - Charlotte, the manageress has gone on to better things; Hardly anyone seems to drink in here anymore; barstaff are pretty thin on the ground; ashtrays are almost never emptied.
On the plus side, that horrible American barmaid seems to have buggered off.

The Drummond, Guildford

This is now the cheapest pub in Guildford at �1.50 per pint for lager! Unfortunately this has also attracted all the scum of Guildford so don't expect too many quiet pints. This place is also like a graveyard for bar managers - 2 gone in disgrace within the past year. I haven't met the new one so no comment there. On the plus side the bar staff are far more pleasant & efficient than they used to be. The pool table is extortionate at �1.30 per game.
