The Old Bear, Cobham

Great old fashioned pub, changed hands recently now actually staff with smiles and service skills!! Far better than before. Great ales with a landlord and manager who care about customers and everything they sell even down to quality glassware they use! Bombay sapphire as the house gin! Living in London I can assure you that is rare. Food is great and what you would want in a country pub, bangers and mash with broadside gravy, steak and ale pie, fresh cod in a beer batter with chips absolutely sorted. Found out the chef is the owner and great things planned including a refub in the new year I cant wait next time I'm in Cobham I'll go back.
