The Albert Tavern, Freuchie
Wonderful friendly place with an excellent choice of beers and ales.
It won the CAMERA award for the best pub in Scotland & NI for 2010 and it is an award well deserved.
As the previous reviewer says it is a small bar and certainly not big enough to allow anyone to "keep to themselves". My experience is that it has a good local focus and as it draws it's custom from a very wide radius everyone is treated as a "local".
The owner and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their products.
