The Inn on the Shore, Downderry
An enjoyable evening with good food was marred by an unacceptably rude attitude of a senior member of staff when we pointed out that one of our meals was not as described on the menu.
The meal was not taken away and replaced as we had anticipated and the member of staff insisted that they were not able to list every ingredient in every dish on the menu!
We were refunded the meal at the end of the evening, but unfortunately will not be returning due to the unpleasant atmosphere left by this incident.
