We visit the Island in the Autumn and have not yet managed to find it open during the day. It would be helpful if the owners/tenants could put a notice on the gate advising the opening hours. However, we can agree that the view over the channel (from outside) is marvellous, if a little drafty! We will try again in October.

The Chine Inn, Shanklin
October is coming and we shall make our annual attempt to have a drink in this Pub when we visit the Island. If any one has any idea of when we might find it open, we'd be grateful!
