The Ditton, Long Ditton

Oh dear! What has happened? I've been away on business and was looking forward to coming back here after the hard work the new owners and management had put in to improve the place, and they had really improved it.
Now its all gone wrong.
Used to have a great atmosphere with friendly staff and manager (Rob I think his name was) Now we have the owners on the bar (pleasant enough people) but they are clearly not used to running a pub, and no one seems to be in controll.
The Ales used to be top class, now average, the food is still very good but possibly a bit pricey for todays market. The service used to be fantastic, now average would be kind!
I understand that times are tough and cuts need to be made, but ripping the heart and soul out of the place (the management and staff) is surely not the way to go about it.
