The Doric Arch, Euston

The railway memorabilia is still there from when it was the Head of Steam, but there are fewer real ales. It is still rather dark upstairs. I called in today at lunchtime and there were a fair number of customers, mainly en route from the station but it was quiet and a nice respite from the bustle outside. There was some good St Austell bitter and Timothy Taylor on draught. I'd go again.

Very nice lunches. I had a great burger 24 June and it was served really quickly by very friendly [and attractive]staff. Also the Youngs Best Bitter was tasty and as it was warm outside we sat in the shady terrace to the side. There was loads of space at lunchtime and it seemed a very good pub.
