Fitzroy Tavern, Fitzrovia

As mentioned, great beer (especially the Heffe-Weissr) and it has a slightly rambling, if overcrowed and extremely smokey, atmosphere. It's also great to stand, or sit , outside with a pint in the summer.

However, it gets very overcrowed in the evenings and can take up to 30mins to get served. There are not enough staff serving and don't even dare to question whether it is your turn to be served as I was basically shouted out of the pub by the landlord for doing so.

All in all, if you enjoy good beer, overcrowding and being treated like dirt by the classy bar staff it's the pub for you!
