The Fox and Hounds, Romney Street

Great real ales I had a pint of doon Bar to start followed by wippets of the caribbean and then onto the trusted old Harveys Sussex best bitter and then I tried the biddenden clear cider at 6 percent. All were very good and me bit tipsy. The lamb shank was excellent. Me and a local who wishes to remain anon. thinks the landlady is gorgeous!
A very friendly pub in a wonderful setting, great looking beer garden to the rear with large car park also to the rear. If you are looking for a great lunch which is not expensive or a good home cooked dinner after a long walk then visiting The Fox and Hounds is a great treat for people of all ages as there was a mixed bunch of people in there. They do food everyday. A proper english countryside public house well done.
