One of those little village pubs that is stumbled upon by chance. Nice, cosy, and friendly place with a choice of three local ales ( The Loweswater Gold from Cumbrian Legendary Ales went down really well). I'll be keeping an eye on the website and visiting again to sample Tag Lag from Barngates Brewery as soon as it's on. :)

I should have also mentioned that the price of the real ales range from
�2.00 - �2.40 per pint. Not bad at all!
