The Drum Inn, Torquay

For the price, the food is not of a high standard and the serving staff are not very friendly.
The first time i visited this pub, i ordered chips, which were cold. Asking for Ketchup i was given a pot and the waitress left, I started dipping and when she returned was told it's "basic food hygiene" not to dip as the one pot is shared between everybody in the pub - how do i know what the last person to have the pot did to it???... On my second visit a year later this was still the case, with food (not mine) around the sides of the pot... hygienic!
