The Wheatsheaf, Dunstable
In the 70's I worked at this pub, it was owned by Terrie and Jennie Walker Spiers. I thought of them as very kind and generous people. I met people there from all over the world, every month or so more friends would come in from other countries. I met some of the most interesting and talented people. Currently I live in California, but I must admit, I do miss those nights of working at the Wheatsheaf, 5 rows deep of nothing but pint glasses waving in front of your eyes...great music playing...and a full night of the after parties on the weekends.
I was happy to see the web site and the music scene still alive, just sayin.....just sharing.......
