Food and drink were good. However the bar staff were not helping. The barmaid looked at the wall rather than the customers and obviously was in the wrong job and certainly did not show any bonhomie. The barman did not engage anybody and just moved glasses about. Although there were a few customers the atmosphere was extremely constrained They are not doing you any favours Mike and Heather

The Clarendon, Chandlers Cross

We ate there a couple of weeks ago. My food was excellent but my companions found that for the high price it was very average. The drinks were good value. The dining area was just wrong. It is quite dark as the blinds are always down. The spacing of the tables were very close together. Overall quite claustrophobic
