Out of the wind blowing up from the sea and straight into a traditionally decorated bar, enhanced by the warmth and glow of an open fire, and greeted by a big smile from new manager, Matt Gallagher, behind the counter. Nat King Cole is crooning quietly in the background and a pint of Harveys goes down very well. So why has nobody 'bovvered' to mark the new friendly regime since 2005?
