The Ranelagh, Bounds Green

My first venture into The Ranelagh was over a year ago, met with intimidating, mismatching wallpaper and chairs, I found the pub a bit awkward. Strange and unheard of beers, obscure music and oozing with modernism, The Ranelagh was the complete opposite of its local rival The Springfield. Perhaps that�s why I like it?
I recall being shoed a few times by bar staff at what seemed an unlikely closing time of 11:30, particularly by one member in particular, I decided I didn�t like that person... I was wrong to be so hasty, the bar staff are not only friendly, they have personalities reflecting the pubs cheerful atmosphere, combined with the crisp, fruity taste of a pint of Belleview, the weekly pub quiz and the general high spirits of the place, makes The Ranelagh an enjoyable place to be.
