The General's Arms, Little Baddow
Recently visited here on a nice summer day. Beer garden is brilliant and great for kids. Food average. Despite the place being near empty on a Friday lunchtime the staff didn't seem overly pleased to see us. It claims to be a child friendly pub and looks a child friendly pub but staff don't seem child friendly. Nice mix of old and modern decor inside too but smells a bit musty. Has potential to be a great country pub but almost can't be bothered somehow. Shame.
