Yates's, Swansea

Went in Yates last week,stood by the bar to order a couple of drinks, for more than 5 minutes (that`s a long time...honest!!)...Gave up the attempt,even though there were plenty of staff behind the bar,and the place was about 20% full..They were to busy talking to one another about their night out the previous night!!

Being disabled,I could not get in there,owing to the steps at the entrance....when will they learn?....
