Customer service is a disgrace in this hotel. The rooms are not as explained, the milk in room was gone off, the shower fell off the wall and hotel would not fix it. Really put a downer on experience. Got locked out of our room, so next door let us in...with their key, meaning one key fits all doors so is NOT secure. Would definitely not recommend. Management most unhelpful in all matters.
